Preparation in progress, shipment of the package, you are informed in real time by e-mail of the progress of your order.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email confirming the shipment of your package with a tracking link allowing you to follow the delivery.

Note: the tracking number will only be active when the carrier has taken charge of the package.


The tracking link is also available from your customer account :

  1. Log in using your credentials.
  2. Click on "My orders" and select the order concerned.
  3. Click on "Track my order"

If your package is indicated as delivered and you have not yet received anything, we advise you to check your mailbox. In case of absence at the time of delivery, the post office leaves a calling card there.
