ARE THE EYEWEAR IN STOCK ?

At Visiofactory, all the glasses that you can add to your basket are in stock in our warehouse located in France. As soon as glasses is out of stock, it is not possible to order it.


I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT, HOW DO I DO IT?

A period of 30 days is available to return all your products, even those adapted to your vision and fitted with made-to-measure corrective lenses, in accordance with the GTC.
Given the current situation, we will also show understanding if your return is made after these deadlines.
