Returns are possible for orders shipped abroad, but the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
1. Prepare your package by placing the item back in its original packaging (including accessories).
2. Declare and register your return in your customer account by accessing your order details. Click on “Return a product” and complete the required fields before validating and generating your return slip.
3. Print the return slip (to be included in your package).

Keep the receipt stamped by the courier.
